Community Membership
Mobile home parks, manufactured housing communities, park model communities and parks that rent spaces to recreational vehicles.
DUES:
For manufactured housing communities and mobile home parks, the dues are $7.50 per space for the first 750 spaces and $2 per space for each additional space owned by the same company.
For RV parks, the dues are $4 per space for the first 1,500 spaces and $1 per space for each additional space owned by the same company.
The minimum amount of Annual Dues is $150.
Please be advised that a portion of your membership dues for the year is not deductible as a business expense. This is because a portion of the dues is used by the MHCA to carry on lobbying and political activities, as defined under IRC Section 162(e). The amount of your dues which is not deductible is 11% of your total dues payment. Please consult with your accountant and/or attorney for more information.

Associate Membership
Manufacturers and retailers of manufactured homes and recreational vehicles, and suppliers of goods, materials or services to the industry.
This is
NOT for parks. Park membership is Community Membership as listed above.
