Community Manager
We are seeking a Community Manager for a 295 unit 55+ mobile home park in Tucson, AZ. We would prefer to have an on-site resident manager/couple who are self-motivated to run the day to day operations. Must have great customer service skills and be able to pass a background and credit check.
Responsibilities:
-Interaction with Residents which includes rent collection, investigation of complaints and collecting feedback from residents to act as a liaison between ownership and tenants
-Keeping resident files up to date Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations
-Resolve problems following management rules and regulations
-Bookkeeping which includes tenant billing, bank deposits, recording tenant payments and adjustments, management of petty cash
-Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance -Routinely inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment; create work orders relating to repairs and maintenance
-Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services Point of contact for Regulatory Agencies (Arizona Corporation Commission, Department of Game and Fish etc.)
-Handling Emergency Situations such as: Serious injuries that may occur in the Park, Utility outages
-Responsible to update property leases, pass out late notices and any other legal notices as required
-Meet with attorney, appear in court regarding tenant issues as applicable
-Basic maintenance and handy-man skills
