Handling Attorney General and Department of Housing Complaints: We are seeing more Attorney

General complaints against both MH and RV parks. In addition, MH residents can also ask the Department

to hear any issues they have with the community (the community owner could also file Department of

Housing complaints against residents, although we haven’t seen any). MHCA and AZ OHA Attorney

Scott Baluha willl cover these areas.
