The Arizona Corporation Commission’s Office of Pipeline Safety Section will be conducting a series of two-day pipeline safety seminars for operators of small natural gas systems (Master Meters). Enclosed you will find a Schedule/Agenda, Registration Form, and Map. Each seminar is presented free of charge. These seminars will be held at the Arizona Corporation Commission, Office of Pipeline Safety, 2200 N. Central Ave., Suite 300 in Phoenix, Arizona and at Southwest Gas Office, 3401 East Gas Road, Tucson, Arizona. These seminars will address the responsibilities of Master Meter Operators and provide assistance in complying with the standards, regulations and reports. Each seminar will be limited to twenty five (25) participants and will be on a registration-received basis. Registration and annual report forms are also available on our website at www.azcc.gov. On the website, select Divisions, under “About the Commission”, click on Safety, then scroll towards the bottom of the page and select either the Master Meter Registration form and/or the Master Meter Annual Report form. Once printed these forms can be emailed, mailed or faxed to the Office of Pipeline Safety.
