Community Owners who do not ensure that their Park Managers attend at least 6 hours of educational programs every two years can receive a civil penalty of $500 per month!
By law, the park manager “educational program” is “a class, workshop or educational convention that primarily instructs attendees on issues dealing with the operation of a mobile home park and is sponsored by a nonprofit organization whose sole or primar purpose is the advocacy and promotion of the rental mobile home parks industry.”
